Russia and North Korea set up council to boost trade to $1bn by 2020

North Korea flagRussia and North Korea: The Russian Chamber of Commerce has set up a new body – the Council for Trade and Economic Cooperation with North Korea – to help its members find business partners in the politically isolated state. The Council will also work on specific trade and investment projects, its Vice-President Vladimir Straško announced today.
