Stroytransgaz quits South Stream project

Stroytransgaz quits South Stream: Sanction-hit Gennady Timchenko’s construction company Stroytransgaz has pulled out of the project to build the Bulgarian section of the South Stream pipeline, with Timchenko blaming US Senator John McCain for pressurising the local authorities into rejecting its services after it had won the tender.
